From November 22th to 23th, 2023, our partner Cyberprotect is planning to carry out extensive preventive work on the Cyber Backup (ex-Acronis) service management node. During the entire maintenance period, the service will be unavailable, including the management console, agents, and data backup and restore processes. In addition, accepting orders for the new service will be temporarily closed.

After the completion of the preventive work, the management node address will change, and the service will be accessible on a new address:

Old address: https://cloud.acronis-infoprotect.ru 

It is important to note that maintenance will not affect the integrity of your backups. Once the work is completed they will be available again. However, we recommend that you save important backups to local storage so that you can use them while the service is unavailable.
